Preheat Oven & Prep: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Dough & Fill: On a clean surface, unroll the pizza dough and slice it into 8 even rectangles. Place 3-4 pepperoni slices in the center of each dough slice and then place a mozzarella cheese stick on top.
Roll & Seal: Roll the dough around the contents, and be sure to pinch the dough to tightly close the seam and ends. Place the rolled sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
Top & Bake: In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder and Italian seasoning into the melted butter. Use a pastry brush to coat each pizza stick with the mixture. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the tops begin to turn golden.
Serve: Serve the pizza sticks warm with marinara or ranch for dipping.
